Twig & Fig Photography captures the beautiful moments in life and the miracles of family through incredible photography.
Brief
Twig & Fig came to us with a number of issues. Their website was outdated and did not showcase their brand. They were struggling to manage bookings without automated processes. Their photographers were spending too much time managing the work instead of doing the work. We set out to solve these problems through their new website.

We first met with Twig & Fig to identify specific pain points that were pulling their photographers away from creating photography. We quickly realized that the process to book a photo session was very manual and overly cumbersome – fixing this became one of our primary goals.
We then created a Sitemap and Wireframes to identify all of the pages we needed to create and the content that belonged on each page.
From here, we worked with Twig & Fig to select a WordPress theme, customized it extensively to fit Twig & Fig’s brand, and then implemented a new booking solution for customers to book and pay for photo sessions directly from the website.
